This website provides information and a booking facility for car rental in Thailand. The operator is not a car rental company, does not own or operate vehicles, and is not a party to the rental agreement. That agreement is between the renter and the supplier.
2. Prices and availability
Prices, vehicle counts and availability shown on this website are retrieved from supplier listings and are indicative. Rates vary by season and by supplier. The price and conditions presented in the booking flow when you complete the booking are the ones that apply.
3. Rental conditions
The conditions attached to each vehicle, including deposit, mileage, minimum driver age and minimum driving experience, are stated on that vehicle's listing. Those conditions take precedence over any general guidance published elsewhere on this website. The rental conditions for Thailand govern the vehicle itself, and they are the supplier's words rather than ours.

Guidance on roads, documents, parking and local conditions is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal advice. Requirements may change without notice.
5. Renter responsibilities
The renter is responsible for holding a valid national driving licence and a valid International Driving Permit, for satisfying the age and experience conditions of the vehicle booked, for ensuring every driver is named on the rental agreement, and for compliance with Thai road law. Failure to meet these conditions may invalidate insurance cover.
6. Liability
The operator accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of any supplier, for the condition or availability of any vehicle, or for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this website.
