We usually reply within a day. If you are writing about a booking that already exists, include the reference from your confirmation and we can find it faster.

What to bring to us

We answer questions before you book: which class of car suits where you are staying, whether a particular pickup point works for your flight time, how the deposit differs between two listings, what happens if your plans are not firm yet. Ask before you pay rather than after.

What the supplier handles faster

Once a booking exists, the supplier holds the car and the contract, and their number is on your voucher. For anything happening now, ring them rather than emailing us. That includes a delayed flight, not being able to find the person meeting you, extending the rental, or anything at all involving damage. Keep the phone number you gave at booking switched on and reachable.

Where we are

We work with suppliers based on Phuket. There is no office to visit and no phone line.
